The starting point is Piazza Concordia, opposite Salerno Train Station. It is therefore a very convenient way if you are traveling by train. Vietri sul Mare, where is located Hotel-Ristorante Bristol, is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Salerno in Campania, Italy.
UNESCO has declared Vietri sul Mare (along with other countries of the Amalfi Coast) since 1997 a World Heritage Site.
Vietri bases its economy on tourism and craftsmanship of ceramics and is considered one of the most important artistic and traditional ceramic production centers for which a recent national law provides for the creation of its own trademark that protects its production and its production, image.
The center of Vietri lies on a terraced flap on the sea and is dominated by the Mother Church of St. John the Baptist, the main town monument, of the 17th century plant, surmounted by the elegant dome majolica. On the underlying wide and well-equipped beach stretches the Marina, a destination for summer and weekend tourist flows, with the center of the sixteenth tower defense of the Saracens.
